Best Energy Management Team

This award recognises the team that can demonstrate extraordinary teamwork and show examples of how they went the extra mile to implement energy management and deliver substantial benefits for their organisation. If you think your team has something to shout about, then tell our judges about it and you might just pick up a much-deserved award for your excellence. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for freshness of content and clear information and evidence of delivery on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Team Background: Please outline the members of the team, including definition of roles, skills and expertise, academic and professional qualification of staff members, allocation of tasks and how the team communicated.
• Team Skills: Outline the key skills and expertise within your team.
• Projects and Initiatives: Summarise the energy management projects and initiatives the team have undertaken over the past 12 months including the objectives, budgets, and results achieved.
• Teamwork: Outline any challenges faced and how the team demonstrated collaboration, creativity, and flexibility to overcome them.
• Contributions and Achievements: Describe the contributions and the impact of the team in implementing energy management across your organisation in this period including innovations introduced, outstanding achievements and benefits of the work carried out.
• Supporting facts & statements: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support your entry.
